Role- Senior Consultant
Location- Ghent, Belgium
Infosys is seeking Network Engineer with strong interpersonal and technical skills to operate a large-scale LAN/WLAN network infrastructure. The candidate will support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices. He/she will also assist in the development of guidelines and procedures for administration and security best practices, provide network documentation, monitor network usage, anticipate problems, and suggest solutions
Required Qualifications:
• Work experience on Nexus, Cisco devices and troubleshooting on network/ WLC / AP related issues.
• Extensive Knowledge and hands on troubleshooting experience on various network management / monitoring tools. Working experience of Ticketing tools.

• Knowledge & worked on routing protocols OSPF, BGP and switching technology, HSRP, STP
• LAN/WAN technical support - Wide Area Routing and Local Area Switching troubleshooting
• Working experience on access list configurations, Vlans, various network technologies.
• Identification, analysis, and resolution of problems regarding network & link management
• Work experience on Nexus, Cisco devices and troubleshooting on network/ WLC / AP related issues.
• Hands on Experience on Cisco switches, Nexus switches, WLC, Access points
• Experience in performing Wireless site survey
• Reporting & Documentation
• Understanding on Cisco Catalyst center and Cisco ISE.
• Would be handling Technical Escalations received from Customer
• Good communication skills while Responding to Customers.
• Understand and follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) within teams & vendors
• Follow Various Industry Standard Process in-terms of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management, etc.
• Knowledge and awareness of ITIL standards and industrial best practices.
