Infosys is seeking a Sr/Consultant for Hexagon Smart Plant Applications Admin . This position requires interfacing with key stakeholders, apply technical proficiency across various Smart Plant Applications to resolve user issues and provide technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Smart Plant applications for our client. • Candidate must be located within Saskatoon/Calgary, Canada . This position may require travel within Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. This position will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 4-5 years of proficient hands-on experience in lead admin role for the following application suite:
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent capabilities in analyzing and responding to complex incidents, producing detailed software design and functional specifications, maintaining a library of application code, assisting with application projects, and ensuring proper documentation.
• 8+ years of Systems Analyst/Admin experience
• Experience in troubleshooting, installing, upgrades, security patching, interfaces, and customizations.
• 5+ years of scripting experience
• 8+ years of experience in KPI/incident monitoring/reporting experience.
• Analyze and identify opportunities to automate workflows and solutions.
• Develop and implement no code and low code solutions.
• Respond and resolve high complexity incidents to minimize service disruptions and provide timely support within pre-defined SLAs.
• Assist in developing and implementation roll-out and change management plans.
• Provide statistical analysis and reporting on related application suite's performance.
• ITIL certification preferred.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
