Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions within an enterprise environment. This role involves integrating various enterprise applications, SmartComm Cloud, and Mail house services, to streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement CCM strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.
  • Lead the integration of enterprise applications such as upstream AR/Admin Systems, Integration layer, SmartComm Cloud, archival and Mail house services.
  • Collaborate with all integrated applications for end-to-end solution designing. Work with client enterprise solution architect for end-to-end solution architecture.
  • Provide expert advice on the use of integration technology, data architecture, and system architecture, including best practices for CCM.
  • Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that impact enterprise-wide development and architecture standards.
  • Manage internal resources and external team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work with Vendor team for installing, configuring and establishing connectivity to SmartComm products from client Infra
  • Communicate project status and architectural decisions to various levels of management.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartComm solutions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest SmartComm features and best practices.

  • Skills:
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in SmartComm Product suite. Should have experience on end to end integration with enterprise applications utilizing SmartComm API's
    • Strong understanding of SmartComm concepts and development
    • Strong hands on experience on all SmartComm modules - Data Modeler, Advanced Template Designer and Web Editor
    • In-Depth knowledge of SmartComm's Appliance Configuration and Deployment Models (Cloud/Hybrid)
    • Should be well versed with Rationalization concepts, Migration of templates from Legacy to SmartComm and Admin work like setting up of Users and approval workflows.
    • Hands on experience in creating Scriptable Batch Config/Template Selector and Output Configurations for post processing
    • Sound knowledge in generating Interactive communications using Draft Editor
    • Should be well versed with handling and creating JSON objects.
    • Experience on Core Java, Spring framework, Microservice based architecture would be desirable
    • Experience on Greenfield implementations, other CCM products would be desirable
