Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working on ISO 20022 phase 2 project where the transformation has to be implemented and followed by all banks globally.
- Currently working on MT messages to MX messages transformation and working on the test approach and Test design for statements.
- Worked on GPP-SP for SWIFT and international payments both invert and outward transaction statement and payment verification currently in design phase.
- Handling complex delivery issues for Jarvis (CRM) development.
- Design and implement of AI for case management
- Managing and providing resolution to TIO Level-2 cases.
- Expertise in using Optus internal tools and CRM for troubleshooting complaints.
- Extraordinary risk assessment skills to balance business and consumer demands.
- Client negotiation to provide a fair and reasonable resolution
- Reporting to director level to make changes in CRM to avoid fines.
- Planning test cases and execution to confirm changes in CRM post production.
- Providing test cases to confirm project delivery and maintain quality.
- Client Relations
- Risk assessment pre and post launch including cost estimation.
- Tackled with service issues post production deployment.
- Testing live broad cast and quality of the content before going live.
- Tested the broadcasting device.
Essential: - Qualification - Master of Business with IT project management and business analytics with WPMP foundation certification.
