We are seeking a skilled SAP Senior Consultant with extensive experience in managing different SAP solutions, with a strong understanding of overall SAP principles and practices.
- Primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions resulting in client delight.
- As a Solution Architect, lead the engagement efforts at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development & deployment in large S/4 HANA transformation programs.
- Create detailed design and architecture, and process artifacts, implement the solution and the deployment plan.
- Connect with senior client business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.
- Contribute to Unit and Organizational initiatives and COEs
- Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines
- Define, Design and Delivery SAP Architectural designs
- Work with multiple stakeholders to drive new business opportunities within the existing account base as well as supporting new customer acquisition activities as assigned.
- Play a crucial role in understanding the current client landscape, design and architecture and identifying improvements delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Providing insights and guidance on how client can continue to improve and respond to the changing landscape.
- Enter a partnership arrangement with client aligned with their values and provide innovative solutions to focus on the end-goals of the enablement of process refinement, cost savings and automation.
- Evaluate enterprise-wide SAP application systems and develop detailed analysis reports and recommendations for business-critical systems.
- Work across functional support areas to tune SAP Applications for optimal performance.
- Ability to lead large programs and diverse teams across the geographies
- Ability to lead and present proposals and solutions
- Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience in working in Global delivery model (GDM)
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP.
- Advanced level of SAP technical knowledge across a deep set of foundational technologies as well as at least one specific SAP technology at the Mastery level of competency.
- Good understanding and knowledge on Energy solutions and infrastructure.
- In depth knowledge and experience in any of the SAP modules
- FICO, Procurement, ARIBA, EHS, PPM, SD, FG, BW4HANA, ABAP.
- Experience in latest technologies involving BTP, Fiori/UI5, Analytics cloud and datasphere.
- Significant hands-on SAP experience in on premise cloud and public cloud solutions
- architecture.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Working experience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- SAP certifications are a plus.
