Roles and Responsibilities:
- Excellent English speaking ability to communicate with US process and design teams.
- Ability to manage CM contract manufacturer by interfacing with their project management and technical teams, to execute NPI and sustaining requests coming from Wing.
- Must be able to influence CM management teams to accomplish requests.
- Ability to oversee the introduction of new processes, identify issues, develop practical solutions, and validate those solutions to bring up and sustain manufacturing lines
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
