Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect for engineering / architecture team, with extensive experience in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation using Terraform and Ansible, and proficiency in Kubernetes and container platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions. Candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across various aspects of infrastructure and application design for our client. Lead and mentor technical teams, define solutions, participate and help in proof-of-concepts, IaC automations using Terraform and Ansible. The candidate will also be responsible to support Azure infrastructure, significantly contribute to identifying standard processes in Azure and Kubernetes.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with Azure IaaS & PaaS services.
• At least 5 years of experience in container technologies and Kubernetes - architecting solutions with Kubernetes.
• Hands on experience on Azure Services and Kubernetes - AKS (Azure Kubernetes), Virtual Machines (Linux), Storage, Network, Azure Backup and Site Recovery Services.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with a focus on Azure.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container platforms (e.g., Docker, OpenShift).
• Good understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Design and architect cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure to meet business requirements and technical specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and DevOps.
• Experience working with multi-skilled, multi-cultural teams, managing and mentoring the team members, defining and developing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Azure and Kubernetes Admin certifications.
• Experience to Healthcare domain would be good to have.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
