- Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for resolving blockers related to requirements and scope.
- Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and communicating decisions.
- Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
- Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Performing business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and feature enhancements.

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Proficiency in capturing and managing requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Strong ability to write user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Experience advising client product owners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
- Understanding of development processes and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working on large-scale development programs with international teams.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders and facilitate problem resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English with a collaborative attitude and a sense of humor.
