- Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.
- Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
- Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
- Supporting client product owners in finalising requirement details and articulating decisions.
- Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity.
- Assisting in backlog prioritisation aligned with strategic goals.
- Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.
- Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.
