JSL Role Designation Location 4A Senior Associate Lead - HR Clonmel, Co.Tipperary Required Qualification : Graduate Required total relevant experience : 4 years Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement: Drives active employee engagement activities and initiates for the account, ensures employee connect sessions and tracking of employee concerns are adequately addressed. Takes responsibility towards formulating plans towards retention management initiatives
- Employer Pulse : Use feedback data and survey data to track and report issues that would be used for coming up with implementation plans for interventions.
- Employee Disciplinary Process : Ensures following the disciplinary, grievance process within timelines. Addresses, tracks and ensures closures of employee concerns within timelines.
- HR Analytics / Metrics / Reporting : Publishes and prepares various status reports/ dashboards for respective processes (Employee Engagement, Pulse, Attrition and Disciplinary Process) under the guidance of Lead - General HR to help assess compliance levels, business impact, and organizational health.

- Looks at data from multiple sources and integrates data/inputs in a manner to build cause effect linkages to arrive at key issues Arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders to assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution
- Highlights key ideas, checks for listener understanding to ensure clarity Articulates own point of view based on assessment of multiple point of views and is able to justify various aspects of the view in a group situation Assesses the target audience need, prepares and practices a logical flow, employs voice modulation techniques /gestures, answers audience questions appropriately, sticks to timelines

- Knowledge of Organization/unit/geo structure and lines of business, Financial parameters and ratios, Strategies and business goals Macro-environment and competitive landscape
- Knowledge of Relevant processes and systems Organizational frameworks like competency models, career path architecture etc.
