Role: Senior Associate Consultant
Location: Munich, Germany
Job Description for PMO role in Germany
• Commercial management, manage all German communication with vendors and subcontractors (contracts, POs, catalogue services, offer preparation, quality control, submission), about 30 POs and invoices per month for 8 vendors
• Implement commercial change requests in contracts with client and subcontractors
• Manage client billing process, create supporting documents such as invoice detail statements, acquire client approvals, single point of contact for communication with client
• Write and submit offers for catalog services in German language (about 10 per month)
• Support special tasks that require presence in Munich or German language

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes of employees to program
• Record minutes of board meetings with client and track action items of Infosys and client
• Support in SLA tracking at program level
• Maintain communication channels and file sharing at program level
Pre-requisites:
• Experience in commercial management of customers and partners
• Basic understanding of contract law
• Ability to speak and write German as all contracts and most offers are in German language
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate direct communication with client
• Ability to attend meetings in Munich at client office
• Good organization skills
