Role: - Solution Designer
Location: - Sydney
Status - 6 months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and document high-level and detailed solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present design concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during implementation and integration.
- Ensure that designs are implemented according to specifications and maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Conduct reviews and provide feedback on design and implementation work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution design or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural principles.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., cloud solutions, APIs, databases).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
