  • Overlook all SCRUM ceremonies for atleast 2 teams.
  • IT industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years Insurance/Banking experience
  • Ensure teams follow best practices
  • Coordinate projects across multiple departments, and studios
  • Take initiative to identify problems, establish facts, engage and influence appropriate resources and implement changes
  • Improves, and facilitates all project and software development processes to create agreement and alignment with departmental objectives of productivity, timeliness, and quality
  • Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time-frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources
  • Lead collaboration with team members to achieve project success
  • Foster and coach agile team behavior
  • Provide clear status reports
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of the corporate roadmap
  • Provide impact analysis, sprint health reporting
  • Facilitate and organize daily stand ups, sprint and release planning, scoping, and retrospectives aligned with Agile Scrum best practices
  • Track and proactively communicate team velocity and activity during the sprint process and publish frequent metrics on productivity and throughput
  • Manage all technical schedules for each Sprint (release cycle) for UX engineers, QA analysts, development and technical architects along with the Product Owner to develop continuous product enhancements and releases
  • Remove roadblocks, deflect team distractions, champion focus, productivity, and efficiency
  • Refine and work with the PO to enforce best practices and maintain team standards around process and execution of work.
  • Licensing or Certifications for Scrum Master / Project Manager : List any of licenses or certifications required by the position: PMP, CSM, PMI, CSP, SCRUM, CAPM, SCM, SA, SPC, ACP
