Role
In the role of Scrum Master, you will interface with key stakeholders and facilitate agile development by coaching, mentoring, and training the Agile Squad on agile processes and practices while ensuring that the agile values and behaviours become a habit for the Squad members and get embedded in the Squad's culture. The Scrum Master will be required to facilitate ceremonies and monitor team performance to achieve the squad and product goals. Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth execution of sprints.
- Preparation of various KPI reports and dashboards.
- Facilitate Agile events (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review, Refinement, Big Room Planning etc) and workshops as requested or needed in cooperation with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coach, and Leads
- Monitor the team's performance and help the Squad improve their practices and increase their effectiveness, promote these learnings within the chapter, tribe, and organisation.
- Coaches and consults the Product Owner to formulate the user stories and prioritize them in the backlog to maximize value delivery
- Coaches and trains the Squad on understanding and applying agile practices and the Agile Blueprint to strengthen the self-organized way of working
- Supports the Squad to achieve success focused on the clear objective of the Squad
- Optimise the productivity of the team by removing impediments that hold up the Squad and help them become a self-managed, cross-functional team taking end to end responsibility of the product delivery.
- Fosters the agile mindset, values, principles, and way of working while supporting its integration across the organization with feedback and learning culture.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Scrum Master role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. and scrum theory, rules and practices and show a high level of willingness and interest in further exploring the topic
- Experience as an Agile Master or Scrum Master in one or ideally several teams and is a certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM)
- Ability to recognise, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts to enable effective and timely resolution in accordance with organisational processes.
- Good communication in Swedish and English
- Experience in SAFe Agile
- Exposure to DevSecOps
