Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge and experience in handling various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in implementing technical engineering practices (Code Refactoring, Addressing, and preventing Technical Debts, TDD etc) in projects.
- Google cloud Platform experience in delivering IT solutions across domain.
- Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture
- Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements.
- Ability to design and code complex programs.
- Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Agile Coach/Scrum Master responsible for driving successful delivery by outlining expectations and structure for the scrum team by emphasis around agile disciplines.
- Professional scrum master certification like CSM/PSM/SAFe RTE/SAFe Scrum Master are preferable
- Experience in modernization, agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
