Infosys is seeking Scrum Master. This position's primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize roadmap along with Product Owner to increase Agility. In this role you will help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile. He/She will need to effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo and Retrospective meeting. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson,TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• CSM or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent project co-ordination, management and organization skills
• Extensive experience and in software development lifecycle including
o Requirement gathering and analysis
o Planning
o Development
o Testing/QA
o Support
• Exposure to work in multi-project environment with changing prioritization of activities
• Ability to work with the team and produce results in a fast paced, team environment
• Experience in Continuous delivery models
• Well versed in creating high impact reports and presentations for senior mgmt.
• Exposure to Risk and change management incl. CCB process
• Ability in problem solving and to guide the team when faced with problem / blockers
• Experience in handling teams and stakeholders, team building and monitoring
• Good team player
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis as required.
• Knowledge in Telecom domain is added advantage
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
