Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Master with proven requirement gathering skills and have experience in in working with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams and resolving team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization and facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Required Skills
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- Good understanding of Healthcare domain.
- Experience in managing Agile projects as Scrum mastersupporting all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization.
