This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.   • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Alpharetta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with one or more of the following products: SCCM, MECM and OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, or 3rd party Mobile Device and/or Application Management (MDM/MAM) technologies.
  • Knowledge in application packaging, SCCM, Windows 10 updates, MEM configuration & task sequence is good to have

Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience articulating to customers why the cloud and Windows 10, Office 365, and EM+S is an added advantage
  • Should help customers to deploy, configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.
  • Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Analyze the existing landscape and design Windows Evergreen and Image Management in customer environment.
  • Capable to bring innovations, process improvements that improves overall efficiencies.
  • Submit weekly reports and participate in status meetings / project governance calls.
  • Monitor the rollouts and serve as primary point of contact for any issues or escalations
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
