Infosys is seeking a SCCM System Administrator. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Alpharetta, GAor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with one or more of the following products: SCCM, MECM and OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, or 3rd party Mobile Device and/or Application Management (MDM/MAM) technologies.
- Knowledge in application packaging, SCCM, Windows 10 updates, MEM configuration & task sequence is good to have

- Experience articulating to customers why the cloud and Windows 10, Office 365, and EM+S is an added advantage
- Should help customers to deploy, configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.
- Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Analyze the existing landscape and design Windows Evergreen and Image Management in customer environment.
- Capable to bring innovations, process improvements that improves overall efficiencies.
- Submit weekly reports and participate in status meetings / project governance calls.
- Monitor the rollouts and serve as primary point of contact for any issues or escalations
