Infosys Consulting is seeking a highly skilled SAP AI/Joule expert with a specialized focus on the Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP AI/Joule including machine learning, predictive analytics and intelligent automation. The candidate should have experience as a thought leader in the artificial intelligence areas having worked with senior executives, business and IT client members in consultative project engagements.

About the Role
As a Senior Principal, you will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts. You will lead and collaborate with clients to design, implement and optimize AI driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and business outcomes in Utilities sector. You will be work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in an SAP environment. Should have strong expertise in data management and integration to ensure high quality data for AI/ML models. You will collaborate and interface with senior clients on a daily basis to build confidence and lead/guide the team in conducting due diligence and issue resolution . You will contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management and capability-building within Infosys Consulting, with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities:
Sales / Project Acquisition
  • Support Infosys Consulting leadership team members in driving proposal development and leading proposal discussions
  • Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities with the assistance of senior leadership
  • Lead solution definition for client specific needs during opportunity to closure cycle
  • Articulate our unique point of view in various thought leadership media including papers, webinars and seminars
Project Execution
  • Collaborate with clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies
  • Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps
  • Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics
  • Work with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing SAP systems and business processes
  • Support management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development
People Development
  • Mentor and coach team members through formal, performance evaluation methods and informal, individual feedback opportunities
  • Collaborate and share knowledge
  • Serve as People Manager to junior consultants
Practice Development
  • Create/contribute Utilities industry artifacts related to business case and value realization
  • Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retention
  • Provide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of artificial intelligence/machine learning experience
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service with ability to manage customer expectation.
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to easily adapt to different communication and working styles.
  • Active listener.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and quick learner.
  • Proven ability to set priorities across multiple projects and drive for results.

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing project objectives.
  • Proven ability to set priorities across multiple projects and drive for results.
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations (all phases) of a package implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience with Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 9+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
  • Proficient in Utilities business processes
  • Familiarity with IoT and smart grid technologies in utility context
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in utilities industry
  • A proven track record of leading and managing small, global, and local teams.
  • Team Lead and key contributor in Process Streams / Functional Areas.
  • Experience interacting with client executives; ability to influence at the leadership level.
  • SAP Experience in Utilities industries.
  • Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.

For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $157,500 to $192,500.
