The JD should contain the following:
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead SAP SD team in initial transaction activities collaborating with client and Infosys teams to steady state support Lead and manage closure of SAP SD (Master data, Shipping, Billing, Intercompany sales, Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Interfaces, Label printing, Localization for Asia/Europe/America) - incidents, problems, service requests and enhancement requirements for SAP ECC 6.0, S/4 HANA 2021 applications using ITSM tool (ServiceNow). Contribute to closure of SAP SD incidents, problems, service requests. Should have experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S4 HANA 2021 Should have expertise to lead migration of SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S4 HANA 2021 for multiple sites globally Plan deployment of SAP SD resources for Asia, Europe, US shifts and shift rota Track SAP SD team's adherence to SLA coordinating with SD support team working in 245 support timing Provide out of office (247) support for P1, P2 incidents Lead major incident meetings coordinating with client and Infosys SAP functional and technical team Single point of contact for client to resolve any escalations, issues in SAP SD stream Mentor SAP SD team to handle end to end order to cash process and other cross functional integration issues Coordinate with SAP AMS manager and provide necessary support for AMS metrics Lead estimation of efforts, planning required resources for enhancement requirements from client, continuous improvements, automation initiatives Additional Skills: - Excellent customer interfacing skills.
