Job Description
- Development of the OneBilling platform with a focus on customer service processes
- Special focus on the development of customer engagement
- Collaboration as Solution Designer in the Customer Service Squad
- Complete tasks from the product backlog in consultation with the other members of the squad and create functional, error-free product increments within sprints
- Advise and support the product owner with regard to the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, necessity and value of user stories and their impact on reducing complexity

- Practical knowledge of SAP IS-U/UC4G incl. Customer Engagement
- Good knowledge of customer service processes
- Practical experience in the development of customer engagement
- Broad expertise in energy industry processes
- Very good knowledge of sales processes for energy supply (electricity/gas)
- Practical knowledge of SAP IS-U/UC4G
- Require bilingual capability in German and English
- Open to local travel to client premises in Munich and Frankfurt - weekly 3 days
- Good communication skills
- Quick comprehension
- Working in agile teams
