SAP Reporting Consultant
Consultant with knowledge in SAP Reporting Tools: BOBJ (Webi, AFO), SAC, to be part of the support team that resolves incidents and fulfills business requests to implement new functionalities to existing analytics solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Consultant:

• Handles the intake of incidents to the assignment group, analyzes them, determines root causes, and provides solutions
• Analyzes incidents that include BOBJ (Webi, AFO) and SAC
• Does a proper handoff of incidents to other supporting groups
• Communicates with end users that raise incidents and stakeholders that request changes
• Has technical discussions with the backend teams eHANA views (95%) and BEx Queries (5%)
• Manages incoming requests from the business
• Collaborates with other supporting teams

• 4 years of experience in similar position
• Support Level 2 or 3

• Thorough Knowledge
  • BOBJ 4.3 (Webi, AFO)
  • SAC
• General Knowledge
  • ServiceNow
  • SAP CHARM
  • eHANA (SQL, XSA)
• Fluent in English (I know it's a given, just wanted to be explicit about it)
