PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Lead SAP MM and WM team in initial transaction activities collaborating with the Client and Infosys teams to steady state support
2) Lead and manage closure of SAP Materials Management (MM) - (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Vendor Evaluation), Warehouse Management (WM) - (Warehouse process, special procurement process, release approval process) incidents, problems, service requests and enhancement requirements for SAP ECC 6.0, S/4 HANA 2021 applications using ITSM tool (ServiceNow). Contribute to closure of SAP MM WM incidents, problems, service requests.
3) Plan deployment of SAP MM, WM resources for Asia, Europe, US shifts and shift rota.
4) Track SAP MM, WM team's adherence to SLA coordinating with MM, WM team working in 245 support timing
5) Provide out of office (247) support for P1, P2 incidents
6) Lead major incident meetings coordinating with the Client and Infosys SAP functional and technical team
7) Single point of contact for the Client to resolve any escalations, issues in SAP MM, WM stream
8) Verbal and written communication in Spanish and English language is mandatory. Should coordinate and bridge between the client and Infosys offshore (India) team.
9) Mentor SAP MM WM team to handle end to end purchase to pay and cross functional integration issues
10) Coordinate with SAP AMS manager and provide necessary support for AMS metrics
11) Lead estimation of efforts, planning required resources for enhancement requirements from Client's side, continuous improvements, automation initiatives
12) Coordinate with TPD for identification and deployment of required MM,WM resources in AMS
