Location: Sydney (Australia)
Salary: AUD 108,571-119,893 (Annual Gross)

Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Role & responsibilities:
  • Play a senior role in analysis, design, implementation and delivery activities in SAP Finance function
  • Probe user stories and lead discussions to gather clear & complete business requirements
  • Analyse, perform feasibility study, collaborate and provide reliable work estimates
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Collections & Disbursements for the Insurance industry
  • Use your knowledge of standard SAP to drive best practices and efficient processes
  • Propose and present the end-to-end solutions to the stakeholders for their endorsement
  • Design & document Functional Specifications for any custom developments
  • Identify test scenarios for testing and develop test plans
  • Conduct Functional unit testing, Regression testing & Integration testing to ensure quality
  • Co-ordinate with for integration requirements and hold the bottom line for end-to-end scenarios
  • Engage with the client teams for change deployment and transition support
Core Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have 8+ years of hands-on consulting experience in SAP Reinsurance in Australia
  • Good understanding of core Reinsurance business processes
  • Have delivered FI/CO technical implementations and solution designs for ABAP developments
  • Additionally, have development experience in at least one of the following modules:
    • FS-CD (Financial Services - Collections and Disbursements)
    • PS-CD (Public Sector - Collections and Disbursements)
    • Financial Mgmt. - Real Estate
  • Have deployed SAP Disbursement and Dunning solutions
  • Have in-depth knowledge of FS-CD Master Data, Contract accounts
  • Know the integration points of FI/CO with other SAP modules
Personal attributes:
  • Good proficiency with verbal, written presentation and communication skills in English
  • Have affinity for simple solutions and simplifying the existing business processes
  • Be proactive and results driven
  • Work collaboratively and contribute to innovation
  • Be willing to learn to develop and expand your own capabilities & skills
Nice to have:
  • Certification in SAP FS-CD
  • Insurance industry experience / Domain knowledge
  • Knowledge of IT Service management, DevOps terminologies
