Role & Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement discussions with customer to implement S/4 HANA solution for the Finance and Controlling area.
- Design and implement core finance and solutions as per Industry best practices.
- Provide strong functional understanding of the processes with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer's business needs.
- Experience in managing a complex SAP landscape/environment that supports core business functions (e.g. finance, procurement, customer relationship management) in accordance with SAP and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in blueprinting at architect level ability to design and refine architecture for system landscape.
- Must have assessed, designed and implemented SAP functional solutions in any of the below - system landscape design, Upgrades, Consolidation, system conversion to SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Brownfield or Landscape Transformation implementation, on premise or cloud deployment scenario.
- Experience in testing for unit testing, integration testing and to support client sign off for UAT (User Accept Testing)
- Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and upgradation phases of project.
- Good knowledge of SAP technology and supporting tools including data migration and others and to ensure all the functional solutions are as per guiding principles and SAP guidelines.
- In depth understanding of business processes and design of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems
- Experience in integration of SAP to external systems and knowledge in various integration technologies.
- Knowledge and experience in assessment, design, development, analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of S4HANA
- Exposure to data migration tools and techniques.
- Understand Business requirement and perform high level and low-level estimation with solution approach .
Skills /Competencies/ Experience
- With Finance/Accounting education background should have expert level familiarity with accounting concepts
- Should be able to articulate and demonstrate S4 functionalities including Fiori.
- Should have experience in developing RFP responses, project estimation, staffing and other pre-sales related activities.
- Ability to follow SAP methodology including conducting gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, analyzing and preparing data migration plans, developing & executing rigorous data and process testing plans.
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting the process.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
