Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required / Preferred
• Good experience with EAI Technologies in design and development
• Experience with SAP-PI/PO & CPI in Development and Support projects.
o Design and development of Integration solutions using SAP-PI/PO
o Support experience in SAP-PI/PO & CPI projects.
o Knowledge of SAP-PI/PO &CPI Monitoring, Application Admin activities.
o Knowledge of SAP-PI/PO & CPI Design Best practices, Error Handling Mechanism, SAP-PI/PO Architecture
• Experience in software development life cycle, project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Experience in Design and architecture review.
• Experience with Integration Architecture.
• Experience with Automation Thought leadership, CICD implementation for Integration.
• Ability to guide the team in design and development activities
• Ability to organize, coordinate and manage technical team activities
• Ability to perform review of code and design documents
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in one of the domains Manufacturing, Retail, Life sciences, Utilities.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Analytical ability
