As a Business Integration Professional, you will be leading and/or working with teams of consultants to define, design, build, test, and deploy ERP enabled business solutions and processes. You will interface with senior customer stakeholders to define and realize their strategic process vision. You will anchor proposal preparation and contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management and capability-building with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients, participating in business development opportunities and building add-on business for the practice and the firm. Work with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present end to end solutions during orals for ERP and other applications in the client landscape driving business transformation. Relevant end to end solutions will be enabled by the SAP ERP ecosystem. Provide specific domain knowledge in support of proposed solutions. This domain knowledge will typically be in one or more of the following key domains:

Program/Project Management:
  • Lead a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts in establishing complete business & functional requirements, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metrics. Provide overall project management expertise necessary to deliver a quality solutions that meet client business requirements. Project management responsibilities include:
  • Developing plans based on a thorough understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements, workflows, budgets, billing, collections; prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal deliverables and other materials.
  • Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation.
  • Identify project issues, risks, and project team conflicts, lead and ensure timely resolution of same
  • Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders.
  • Review status, manage schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports.
Consulting Delivery
  • Responsible for delivering world-class practices and processes to our clients. Interface with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Designing outstanding business and technical solutions to support best practice implementations. Assume project roles and the following responsibilities on engagements:
  • Leading business process design workshops, capturing requirements, sharing process best practices, documenting the process solution including any key elements such as process controls.
  • Contributing to design of the overall solution architecture, e.g., which processes will live in which applications, which applications will be the master repository for specific data objects.
  • Understanding value levers and identifying client benefit opportunities in the context of existing and future process design and solution architecture
  • Provide process design experience in recommending and assessing process design solutions and alternatives.
  • Provides input on design and integration issues based on knowledge, previous implementation experience and process best practices.
  • Provides input and recommendation on the business implications of specific process design solutions.
  • Ensure end to end process design to provide practical, integrated business solutions.
  • Ensure solution design is compatible with corporate/business strategies and vision.
  • Validate process design and communicate potential issues and obstacles.

Thought Leadership
  • Provide insight to new and emerging best practices and contribute to the development of service offerings.
  • Continue to develop and enhance Infosys' thought leadership and methods, tools and templates in the space of ERP enabled transformation. Building points of view (POV) and developing White Papers on emerging and niche topics in the area of business transformation.

Practice Leadership
  • Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as recruiting and methodology development.
  • Mentoring - Develop and mentor fellow consultants in the Digital Platforms practice

Qualification:
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 8-10+ years of relevant domain work experience in business process consulting, problem definition, solution architecture, process and solution design, solution evaluation, solution validation and deployment
  • Candidate should have sufficient work experience of managing these responsibilities in leading consulting firms or large global corporate organizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant process domain including process decomposition, best practices and process controls.
  • Ability to lead process design discussions and workshops with senior client stakeholders cutting across multiple applications in the client landscape.
  • Ability to travel to multiple local, state and international client locations when and if required.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
  • M.B.A or equivalent advanced degree
  • Familiar with Microsoft Tools such as Visio and Project
  • Strong team leadership/project management skills
  • Involvement in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations with direct experience with process design
  • Global Delivery Model experience

Estimated annual compensation will be $157,500 to $192,500
