Your role
SAP AMS project manager with experience in managing customer's on their service management activities.
Required:
- Experience in Project management.
- Hands-on experience in one of the SAP functional modules (FICO, VIM, Basis along with SAP certifications preferred).
- Experience as AMS service delivery manager with hands on experience in ITSM tools.
- Experience in managing a large diverse team
- ITIL certified with very good hands-on understanding of below:-
- Good hands-on experience in Service Now.
- Ability to drive delivery by tracking progress of tasks (tickets) and drive them to closure.
- Ability to identify improvement areas in the program, propose them to customer, drive implementation.
- Ability to take of change request process including contracts, financials, delivery scope etc..
- Ability to co-ordinate and finalize estimations for change requests and justify these to customer.
- Very good data analysis and presentation skills (the role would require multiple reports to be developed and presented every week).
- Certified SAP Activate Project Management skills.
- As a Team lead able to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Application of the process frameworks like Activate, Agile at project and program level to comply with organizational/client standards.
- Support Organization level initiatives, RFP's .
- Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel with the operations support.
- Experience/ working in services vertical.
- Multilingual proficiency but English is MUST
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
- Client Interfacing skills along with Team management skills
