Roles and Responsibilities
- 4-6 yrs experienced.
- Having exposure to Salesforce service , sales and FSL.
- Hands-on ability to Configure , customize and Develop Salesforce solution based on tickets/incident raised.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system needs and translate to technical solution.
- Implement and maintain customizations , extensions and integration using salesforce platform.
- Write efficient and scalable code in adherence with best practices and coding standards using salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience in Apex classes, VF pages, Trigger development, LWC/Aura component and Lightning Development.
- Working knowledge on Sales Cloud,Experience Cloud,Service Cloud,Pardot.
- Understanding of JavaScript,HTML, CSS and other web tech.
- Well aware of Agile methodologies , devops and version control systems.
- Salesforce PD1 and Admin certified atleast.
- Korean and English speaking.
- AMS experience.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
