Currently we are looking for the candidates for the position of:
RTR Team Lead with English
Location: Lodz (hybrid work; 2/3)

We are looking for a candidate with:
Fluent English (min.C1)
Master degree, preferred in Finance and Accounting
Min. 3 years of experience in R2R(record to report) area
Proven experience in Team Leader Role - min. 1 year
Good Excel knowledge (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Good knowledge of SAP

Your key activities:
Ensure all activities as performed as per SLA/ KPI
Goals setting and monitoring of goals realization, timely feedback on performance
Recruitment and onboarding of new joiners
Client management
