Infosys is seeking a RHPAM Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

  • We are looking for an experienced RHPam developer who will be responsible for designing, building and implementing Business process automation solutions using Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPam)
  • Should have a strong background in Java, BPMN and rule-based systems.
  • Core RHPAM (data structures, conditions, iterator functions, general functions, operations, classes, PEP8/documentation), FAST API, PostGres SQL
  • Github, JIRA, Postman, RHPam tool understanding (Business central)
  • Design, develop and deploy business process automation solutions using RHPam.
  • Create and maintain business process models, decision tables, and rules using BPMN.
  • Integrate RHPam with external systems and services using APIs, messaging and data virtualization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, planning & estimation exercise and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • code reviews and ensure that solutions meet coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RHPam applications (prod/non-prod).
  • Stay up to date with new features and releases of RHPam and apply that knowledge to improve existing solutions.

  • 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on business process automation.
  • Strong experience with RHPam (formerly Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite) and its components including BPMN and jBPM.
  • Proficiency in Core Java and solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Strong understanding of Software design patterns, principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Business process modeling, decision management and rule-based systems.
  • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with remote teams in effective manner and work with Global teams.
  • Experience with other BPM or workflow management systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
  • Experience with DevOps practices such as CICD.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 70954 to $ 105007
