Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling:Oversee the release lifecycle, including scheduling and coordinating releases across multiple applications and portfolios.
- Coordination:Work closely with Test Managers, Dev Managers, IT Operations to ensure smooth releases.
- Communication:Provide updates and reports to senior IT management.
- Process Improvement:Implement and manage release processes for code through development, test, and production environments.
- Release Calendar:Build and maintain the IT Release Calendar, coordinating with various IT release managers.

- Own and monitor release deployment process
- Own environment planning and monitor availability of non-production environments
- SDLC/CICD Release management transformation & Initiative Testing towards a DevOps organization
- Define and own Release roadmap and environment planning & enforce guardrails (release policies) regarding release management to guarantee an efficient and high quality release process.
- Modernize & Accelerate software release processes, by enabling autonomy of software tribes
- Assist software tribes in release planning and mitigating release risks.
- Provide release orchestration tooling to manage all software deployments efficiently.
- Stepup fit for purpose test environments and guarantee high availability.
- Facilitate release retrospectives to continuously improve release management process.
- Modernize and improve availability of non-production environments
- Release & Environment Planning, Release Coordination ,Release Deployment
- Non-production environment management and Continuous improvement
- Decrease dependencies & increase TTM.
- Modern release process across the program
- Strong Communication:Ability to interface with various stakeholders and provide clear updates.
- Organizational Skills:Manage multiple releases and ensure timely delivery.
- Technical Knowledge:Understanding of software development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Problem-Solving:Address and resolve issues that arise during the release process.
- Leadership:Guide and support development and operations teams.
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in the Telecom domain and DevOps/middleware technologies.
- Relevant experience with agile, scrum, IT DevOps way of working.
- Relevant experience in the Communications, Media or Technology industry is preferred.
