One of our clients has trusted us to transform their Finance and Accounting processes and programs to world leading standards. To be successful in this journey, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Record to Report Specialist to join our team in Brno.

Your Tasks in detail:

  • Analysing financial data and providing financial recommendations
  • Responsible for ensuring that the ledger data is accurate and precise
  • Preparing and managing general ledger entries

  • Solving unreconciled variances with various departments
  • Assisting in annual audit with external auditors
  • Preparing Month End Journals
  • Producing ad hoc reports and analysis
  • GL Accounts reconciliations
  • Working with and supporting the accounting team, AP & AR team and commercial team in day-to-day activities, special projects, and workflow process improvements

  • Experience in Record to Report. Order to Cash and Procure to Pay are nice to have

  • Confident in the use of common software applications and experience with claims management systems e.g. SAP
