Job position: Python Lead Consultant
Location: Krakow (hybrid work 3 days per week in office)
Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.
- You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.
- As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
- You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.
- You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience on similar job position is a must
- Bachelor in Engineering or IT
- Specific competencies derived from hands-on experience applying given competency for software development projects in XVA and Counterparty Credit Risk domain
- Hight analytical skills
- A high degree in initiative and flexibility
- High customer orientation
- High quality awerness
- Excelent verbal and written communication skills
- Pytest, Pandas, Conda, Gitlab experience
- To have any of below certifications : Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) , GitLab Certified Associate Python programming: PCAP / PCEP
