We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Scheduler for one of our new international projects in Brno As the Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the employees in the project. You will work closely with project management and other teams to ensure that always sufficient number of people is in place so that Deliverables can be achieved. Your responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software • Identify and assess project risks and develop risk management plans • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed • Communicate project status to stakeholders • Work with project management and other teams to resolve issues and optimize project workflows • Document project planning and execution Your qualifications: • Min. 2 years of experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role • Experience in creating and maintaining schedules • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High motivation and resilience In addition, you should have the following qualities: • Enthusiasm and persuasiveness to win others over to your ideas • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure We offer: • An interesting and varied job in a dynamic company • A motivated and supportive team • Attractive salary and benefits • Opportunities for further training and growth Are you interested in this challenge?
