Project Manager + Scrum

Required Skills:

7+ years of overall experience as Project Manager
7+ years of experience as SCRUM.
7+ years of experience exp in understanding agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Agile used frameworks like SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework), DAD (Disciplined Agile Delivery), Kanban, LeSS (Large Scale Scrum), Spotify etc.
Excellent English communication skills
Familiarity with the tools supporting Agile software development (e.g. Jira, Azure, Rally, VSTS)
Proven ability to deliver significant improvements in self-managed Agile teams through application of coaching techniques
Experience in DevOps is an asset
Agile methodology training, certification preferred
Supporting the development of the Product Owner, Scrum Master and the team by coaching on agile processes
