SHORT DESCRIPTION:
to have SAP to Oracle data migration experience; to have Oracle Integration Cloud knowledge and end to end process knowledge; to have utilities experience; stakeholder mgt and communications skills have the experience onto the integration such as OIC
Work location: Hong Kong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage the ERP/Digital project in the integration areas.
Plan and schedule the multi-system integration process to align with the master project plan with all stakeholders which include outside vendors, other project managers, data architect, system integrator and business users
Lead and deliver the integration project. Drive the analysis, design, implementation, testing, validation and acceptance of the delivery of integration services, conduct quality assurance and prepare project documentation
Partner with functional teams and end-¬user support for integration services to implement of continuous integration with multi-system to support automated build, delivery and regression test
Coordinate activities between functional workstreams and digital team for the assigned data objects for applications integration
Partnering with System Integrator, Data Architect and Senior Project Manager - Data Migration, and Digital Teams on data extraction, load and transfer activities to cope with overall project plan
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. users, developers, architects, QA) to ensure adequate understanding of business requirements, and follow up during and after the software development cycle to ensure data migration team are able to meet the business requirements
Integration of multiple applications, but not limited to following modules of SAP/ERP to Oracle/ERP:
Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Customer Services
Requirements:
A recognized university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Master's degree in a related field is desirable.
Well experienced in ERP applications (either SAP or Orace) will be an added advantage
At least 8-10 years of sizable multi-system integration and cloud projects
Have a technical understanding of the integration tools (Boomi or OCI)
Previous experience as a programmer, integration engineer or project manager is preferred
Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred
Professional project management certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 are highly regarded
Proven ability to be effective in a customer facing role, driving customer centric ways of working
Good at Strategic planning, Problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, as well as influencing and leadership skills
Good at project management, change management and relationship management
Strong ability to remain calm and deliberate in times of highest stress e.g. application outage
Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning
Proactive, performance driven and results oriented
Language: English/Cantonese
Location: On site in Hong Kong
