Infosys is seeking an Project Manager This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing cloud-based Contact Center Applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of applications built on the Genesys CX Cloud platform on below areas.
Strong experience with Genesys CX Cloud platform, App Foundry & 3rd party integration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect lifecycle.
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with developers to resolve them in a timely manner.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate system behavior and performance under various conditions.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.
Participate in design and architecture discussions to provide input on testability and quality considerations.
Collaborate with the customer support team to reproduce and validate reported issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing environments that closely mimic production setups.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and Genesys CX Cloud technology.
Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology with working knowledge on Agile, DevOps and Cloud technologies
Proven track record of collaborating with engineering and development teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for automation improvements.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in current processes and systems.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.
Experience in recommending and driving initiatives that improve incident management processes and outcomes.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in CA, WA, NY, CO are as indicated below:

California, Washington, Colorado, New York: Min $86000 to Max$120400

Washington DC: Min: $85,600 to Max $124,500
