Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto/Sudbury/ Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

• Business Analyst Responsibilities for Mines Performance:
• Analyze the existing system and document the support required.
• Work with all Project leads to understand the role out / configurations / Business roles & responsibilities.
• Come up with recommendation to ensure the sustainability of the tools & Process.
• Work with different stakeholders (Vendors, Business, Technology etc) to define & establish the Process, responsibilities, roles and KPIs to measure the process.
• Report the activities/support/risks etc to Senior leadership (Mine Managers, Directors etc.)
• Proactively document flowsheets.
  Excellent communication, people management and presentation skills.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
• Stakeholder management
• Project coordination for all the tasks across the stakeholders.
