Infosys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our managed services operations for a large US Healthcare payor client. In this role you will serve as a EDI, EDIFECS and Medicaid program manager and you will be driving the Application Development and Support Team to carry out EDIFECS platform to Prolific EDI platform work.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
- 5 years of experience in IT Project management and ITSM, ideally within a healthcare payor or healthcare IT environment
- Strong Project/Program management skills.
- Strong understanding of all EDI Healthcare Transactions.
- Payer experience and thorough knowledge of all EDI X12 transaction sets such as 835, 834, 837, 278, 277, 275, 997, 999.
- Knowledge of EDIFECS Transaction Manager suite of products.
- Familiarity with EDI Standards such as X12, EDIFACT, HL7, NCPDP and knowledge of HIPAA transactions
- Develop comprehensive EDI strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for EDI efforts
- Strong EDI and EDIFECS Development Skills with experience in EDIFECS Development and Configuration
- Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and Stored Procedures.
- Requires strong understanding of business rules and extensive experience creating EDI process flows and roadmaps.
- Interprets business issues and recommend EDIFECS solutions/best practices.
- Understanding of Application Integration/ Enterprise Application Integration
- Working experience on middleware tools - IBM WMB, IBM MQ etc.
- Prior Scripting and Programming Experience for solving business problems preferred.
- Should be familiar with Github and other source control tools.
- Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
- Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
- Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications.
- Work as a member of development team with hand-on programming and design skills.
