Job Description

  • Assist with queries and cost monitoring by reconciling invoices with payments and ensuring required purchase orders are processed.
  • The Project Administrator provides supervised general administrative assistance to Project Management teams regarding project support.

  • Create and maintain all project portals and folders Compile and update the active project list on a weekly basis for the relevant stakeholders Collate,
  • Provide general administrative support, co-ordination of meetings with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors and managers.
  • Assist with the allocation of project resources if required.
