Infosys is seeking a Project Coordinator with proven project management skills, managing multiple competing cross-functional IT projects. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA / Quincy, MA or be willing to relocate to the area.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in project coordination & project management.
- At least 6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in tracking project status, coordinating activities, and managing meetings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a proven ability to create professional, visually compelling presentations. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to deliver results in a techno-functional role.
- Functional understanding of Capital Markets.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements.
- Should have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word and Power Point for managing Project.
