Your role

In the role of a Program Manager, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. To oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities to ensure that the program objectives are met while maintaining the quality within the agreed budgets. Manage engagement with the client, understand expectations, negotiate and close change requests, identify and convert additional business opportunities and ensure proper fulfilment of commitments.

Required
  • 15 + years of total experience
  • Experience in Leading business / banking transformation programs, preferably in Finacle Core Banking
  • Experience in Agile Methodology
  • Fluent in English and knowing one more language (French, Dutch, Spanish etc.)
  • Should be willing to travel on short term engagements within Europe
Preferred
  • Experience in managing large core banking transformation program in Europe
