Role: Product Manager-Digital Business Transformation & Consulting
Location: London/Sunbury, United Kingdom
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team and help us achieve our business goals through effective product management and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Create and own the product vision and roadmaps by coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Product Discovery: Facilitate product discovery workshops to identify opportunities and define product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
- Agile Transformation: Lead the transition from traditional methods to agile mindsets and methodologies, optimizing operating models for efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, collaborating with suppliers and partners to deliver quality digital products.
- Project Management: Spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Integrate customer feedback into product team activities and continuously improve product offerings.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor business KPIs regularly to ensure adoption and scaling of digital products.
