Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 4 years of core product development experience .
• Experience with leading a team of Platform Engineers
• Have experience with technologies: Java full stack, Java Springboot and Microservices, Angular/React, jBPM, RESTful, Kafka and K8S (with knowledge of Cloud Implementation - Azure, AWS, Kubernetes/Docker)
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and OO concepts (Java)
• Strong at Object Oriented concepts & Data Structures.
• Experience working with any RDBMS database (Postgre SQL /MySQL)
• Experience working with any Frontend frameworks (Angular / React)
• Experience with TDD practices / frameworks (JUnit (Java) / Jest (React) / Karma / Jasmine)
• Knowledge of Cloud Implementation - Azure, AWS, Kubernetes/Docker
• Experience in developing & deploying Microservices, Data Modelling, Database Design, Tuning Design Parameters, Normalization, Solving Performance bottlenecks
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and understanding of OO concepts and design patterns
• Experience in Middleware, Open-Source tools & technologies
• Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills to address core business problems.
