Process Specialist
Performs bookkeeping, data entry and verification procedures. Prepares and maintains records of amounts owed or receivable. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. Job Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Financial Reporting
- Responsible for overall maintenance of accounts
- Validates chain of title for revenue transfer with legal documents
- Processes returned checks, Form 1099's, and other correspondence
- Files documents as necessary
- Attends meetings to obtain knowledge of new laws and practices in the oil & gas industry
- Reconciles accounts as needed
- Validates goods receipts matching it to delivery records
