Process Associate
Tempe, AZ
In the role of process associate, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
In this role, you will create content for internal and external audiences. The content will include process documentation and internal communications.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop a quality management plan relating to client needs and Infosys processes
- Conduct client process audits, identify gaps in execution and provide feedback to agents
- Perform transaction monitoring and provide feedback
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Identify and report operational risks

Qualifications
Basic
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 6 months of experience in the job description
- Six months to 1 year of overall experience
- Experience in BPO would be an advantage but not mandatory
- Able to use MS-office for necessary tracking of work completed and creating reports from the same
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- The primary scope of work would be data entry of provider demographic details in the client platform with high accuracy
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
