Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP HCM SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client locations.
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or any HR ERPs with implementation expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SF ONB2.0 with at least 2 implementations
- SAP Associate certification in SF EC and ONB 2.0 Certification
- Ability to drive and conduct requirement gathering workshops with customer for ONB2.0.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options and integration points.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding Module configuration and functionalities.
- Experience with SuccessFactors implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to configure workflows, guides, tasks, and notifications within SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of HR processes workflows related to onboarding in the USA.
- Understanding Of USA Compliance Process E-verify, E-verify correct data, I-9 Reverification.
- Experience with data migration techniques and tools for onboarding data.
