About the role:
Infosys Consulting is seeking a Principal - Business Consulting with a deep background in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics (CRL) sector. In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve providing business consulting and delivery leadership to engagements in Microsoft Dynamics.
Your will leverage your extensive experience in business processes, systems knowledge and executing transformation programs. As a key contributor to our practice, you will play a crucial role in leading and maturing our consulting services. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience from prepare through deploy phases. The candidate should have strong Business and Microsoft background and experienced in interfacing with client executives, business and IT client members in consultative project engagements.

Responsibilities Include:
Project Execution
  • Business process lead responsible for defining and overseeing Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Drive Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and other system walkthrough presentations showcasing Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO's capabilities supporting customer requirements.
  • Support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives enabled by Microsoft Dynamics
  • Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps.
  • Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics.
  • Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices.
  • Design To-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives.
  • Assists with the identification of cross-functional and cross-team dependencies drive critical design decisions to closure and help develop cohesive integrated solutions.
  • Drives E2E Business Process modeling and fit/gap analysis of the technology solutions to determine a need for customization and enhancements; RICEFW objects.
  • Data Management - Data conversion, Master data management and Governance
Practice Development
  • Create/contribute Microsoft Dynamics practice artifacts.
  • Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retention.
  • Provide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies
Sales
  • Support Infosys Consulting leadership team in driving proposal development and leading proposal discussions
  • Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities with the assistance of senior leadership.
  • Lead solution definition for client specific needs during opportunity to closure cycle.
  • Articulate our unique point of view in various thought leadership media including papers, webinars, and seminars
Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • 12+ years of business consulting, systems development, systems integration, delivery management experience in Retail environment, ERP solutions
  • 7+ years of end-to-end business process ownership in Microsoft Dynamics Projects
  • 2+ full lifecycle implementations (all phases) leading a package implementation with Microsoft Dynamics Platform - Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Mobile app (PowerApps), Detaverse, Microservices, System integration.
  • A proven track record of leading and managing both large and small, global and local teams.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with VP, Sr Directors level.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodology.
  • Microsoft Dynamics /AX certifications preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 80%, typically Monday - Thursday
  • Must be a resident of (or within a 2-hour distance to) one of our Hub locations) - Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY City, Basking Ridge NJ, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Seattle.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA or overseas equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Master Certification
  • Certification in at least one other Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX module.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification
  • Experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP/Dynamics AX Modules
  • Proficient in Supply Chain Management - Procurement and Sourcing, Store Inventory and logistics
  • Proficient in Finance & Operations - Financial Management, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and accounting .
Integration with Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Omni-channel

General Information
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Seattle location will be $123500 to $154500
